How long is a retreat?

Every 7-day retreat is 8 nights: check in Sunday from 2:00 pm, the program runs Monday to Sunday (Days 1–7), and check-out is Monday morning. You can also stay the month at Esc.

How much do the retreats cost?

The 7-day retreat is $1,190 in a twin room or $1,470 in a private room. A month at Esc is $3,295 twin or $3,750 private.

How many people are in each group?

Groups are capped at 10 people (the pilot group at 5) so Greg can work with each student individually.
